欧薄荷挥发油提取工艺及主要成分的研究
Study on Extraction Process and Chemical Constituents of Essential Oil in Oubohe (Mentha longifolia Linn)
摘要
Abstract
Objective:This study aims to optimaize extraction process and analysis of chemical constituents of essential oil in Oubohe (Mentha longifolia Linn).Methods:Optimal extracting process was tested by orthogonal experimental analysis and the chemical constituents of the essential oil were identified and determined by means of GC-MS.Results:The optimal extraction process was as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1:18,immersion time 12 h and extraction time 3 h.A total of 21 components were identified.Conclusion:The optimal extraction process is feasible and stable.The main components were (-)-Carvone and D-Limone.关键词
