茵陈五苓散加味联合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿胆汁淤积型巨细胞病毒肝炎疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Yinchen Wuling Powder(茵陈五苓散) Combined with Ganciclovir in Infant Cholestasis Cytomegalovirus Hepatitis

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Yinchen Wuling Powder combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of infant cholestatic cytomegalovirus hepatitis.Methods:A total of 135 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,66 cases of the control to liverprotective medicine,vitamin and ganciclovir,69 cases of treatment group to Yinchen Wuling Powder modified treatment with liver-protective medicine,vitamin and ganciclovir.The improvement of total effective rate,improvement of clinical symptoms,liver function,liver and spleen size,and blood CMV-DNA quantification were investigated by comparing with the control groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.8％ in the treatment group and 78.8％ in the control group,the difference of that was statistically significant (P＜0.05).By comparing with the two groups of pre-treatment and after-treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms,liver function index,liver and spleen retraction were observed and the treatment group was better than the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in CMV-DNA between treatment group and control group.Conclusion:Yinchen Wuling powder is effective in the treatment of infants with cholestatic cytomegalovirus hepatitis.关键词
