灸法治疗原发性痛经的临床证据研究
Clinical Evidence Research for Moxibustion in Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to evaluate the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (PD) moxibustion modem clinical literature,providing reliable clinical evidence for acupuncture clinical decision.Methods:On the basis of 5-grade standard of evidence-based medicine,moxibustion clinical problems related clinical evidence was screened from high to low level,and outcome of patients was counted statistically by using RevMan 5.0 software.Results:High quality class A evidence lacked,while 28 lines of B evidence was identified,showing that the therapeutic effect of moxibustion may be no worse than that of indomethacin and ibuprofen sustained release capsule.Moxibustion,combined with western medicine and acupuncture,can improve the efficacy,and the thermal moxibustion therapeutic is better than dialectical shi jiu.Besides,there is no evidence that moxibustion intervention has different curative effects on different syndrome types of dysmenorrhea.Conclusion:Moxibustion has curative effect on PD and is no worse than.The combination of moxibustion with western medicine and acupuncture can improve the clinical curative effect.Advantage of moxibustion was identified by comparing with the traditional thermal moxibustion.and dialectical shi jiu.A new theory of "bian min" selective acupuncture point was established.Differences in effect of Moxibustion on different syndrome types of dysmenorrhea remains to be proved by further strictly randomized controlled studies.关键词
