下法在内科急症中的应用探析
Analysis on the Application of the Purgative Method in the Emergency of Internal Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Purgative method is a common method for removing diseases and pathogens in clinical treatment,especially for emergencies.It assures the normal function of the six-fu organs by "dispelling evil for correction and giving evil way out".This paper discusses the concept,function and classification of the purgative method.The combination of four cases of traditional Chinese medicine,consisting of treatment of rhabdomyolysis with the method of purgative fu-organs to descending the turbid,treatment of syncope with the method of warm purgation,treatment of post-stroke pneumonia with the method of purgative fu-organs to eliminate heat and treatment of motor neuron disease with the method of tonification and purgation in combination was used to expound the extensive application of the purgative method in the emergency.Through the method of purgative,the purpose of catharsis and retention of yin,getting rid of pathogenic factors,six fu-organs and downregulating achieves.关键词
