基于关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类的骨折术后便秘用药规律研究
Analysis on Medication Rule in Herbal Prescriptions for Constipation after Fracture Operation based on Association Rules and Complex System Entropy Cluster

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication rule in herbal prescriptions for postoperative constipation in patients who received surgical treatment of fractures.Methods:Herbal prescriptions for postoperative constipation in patients who received surgical treatment of fractures were searched from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP database,Wanfang database and Chinese Biomedical Database,from 2011 to 2016.Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS) has been used to analyze the frequency,four qi,five flavors,meridian entry,plant classification of drugs,and the association rules between drugs.Results:Based on the analysis of 117 herbal prescriptions,herbs used with high frequency were Dahuang (Rheum Officinale),Houpu (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex),Dang'gui (Angelica Sinensis),Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix),Taoren (Persicae Semen),Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus),Mangxiao (Mirabilite),et.al.Four qi of drugs were mainly consisted of warmth,neutral and coldness.Five flavors of drugs were mainly consist of bitter,pungent and sweet.Meridian entrys were mainly consisted of spleen,stomach,liver,large intestine.Plant classification of drugs were mainly consisted of Asteraceae,Solanaceae,Apiaceae.Dahuang (Rheum Officinale),Houpu (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex),Dang'gui (Angelica Sinensis),Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix),Taoren (Persicae Semen),Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus),Mangxiao (Mirabilite),et.al.which were the most commonly used traditional Chinese Medicine for postoperative constipation in patients who received surgical treatment of fractures.Conclusion:The main principles of treatment for postoperative constipation in patients who received surgical treatment of fractures is using drastic purgative method while enriching blood and promoting blood flow.The most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine prescription was Danggui Chengqi Decoction (当归承气汤) and Peach Kernel Qi-Coordinating Decoction (桃仁承气汤).The key drug combination are Rheum Officinale and Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex.The medication principle of the medicine should use drastic purgative method and prevent the loss of blood while enrich blood and promote blood flow but not lead to blood stasis.关键词
