舒筋活血祛痛膏结合改良斜扳法治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症的疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Shujin Huoxue Qutong Ointment（舒筋活血祛痛膏）Combined with Improved Lumbar Vertebrae Pulling Method in the Treatment of Lumbar Small Joint Disorder

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shujin Huoxue Qutong ointment combined with improved lumbar vertebrae pulling method in treating lumbar small joint disorder.Methods:A total of 64 cases of patients with small joint disorder outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated by pulling method and Shujinhuoxue Qutong ointment while the control group treated by pulling method and oral celecoxib capsules for 2 weeks.The improvement of pain was assessed by VAS pain visual analogue scale before the treatment,after 2 weeks,after 1 month and after 3 months,respectively.The efficacy of treatment was evaluated by ODI score at the end of treatment.Results:treatment in 2 weeks,1 months and 3 month,the VAS score of two groups after 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months were significantly lower than before treatment (P＜0.05).The VAS score of treatment group after 1 months and 3 months were lower than the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the ODI scores of the 2 groups were lower than before treatment (P＜0.05),the ODI score of treatment group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 93.3％ in the treatment group,and 77.4％ in the control group was 77.4％.Conclusion:Shujin Huoxue Qutong ointment combined with improved vertebrae pulling method has longterm curative effect for the treatment of lumbar small joint disorder.关键词
