摘要

Abstract

The key constraints associated with high-resolution agile Earth-observation-satellite on-orbit usability are analyzed from the perspective of telecommand capacity,operationality,data acquisition/transmmision and power balance budget.A space-ground joint control scheme is pro-posed in this paper.The user missions operation for all kinds of Earth-observation-satellite is uni-fied through sending of goals instead of time-based command sequences.The utility efficiency of satellite costful power/storage/communication resources is dramatically improved through model-based dynamic planning instead of traditional static planning.The data acqusition/trasmmision running performace are remarkably exalted through on-board command scheduling instead of pre-set command sequences.Preliminary in-orbit testing and simulation for remote sensing satellite show that,the control interface complexity can be reduced by 94%,mission up-linking rate can be improved by 5 times,and meanwhile the utility efficiency of satellite costful resources is dra-matically improved.The proposed space-ground joint control scheme has great application poten-tial for high resolution earth observing system.
