摘要

Abstract

The exergy efficiency of the single unit and the whole system of the single and multi-feed system with coal and natural gas as raw materials was analyzed by using the thermodynamic analysis method.The advantages and disadvantages of the single and multi-feed system with coal and natural gas as raw materials were studied as well as key factors that limit the exergy efficiency of such systems.The aim is to find the most technologically efficient process route and to specify the direction for improvement in exergy efficiency.The results show that the coal gasification unit is the main reason for the low exergy efficiency of the system.Therefore,the improvement of the coal gasification unit is of great significance to improve the exergy efficiency of the whole system.Considering the "elemental complementarity" and " energy complementary" coal and natural gas as the raw material of the multifeed system,due to reduce the gasification unit loss while reducing the amount of fuel natural gas,the multi-feed system efficiency is far superior to other programs,and is the real energy-saving technology process.
