Nonlinear Finite Element Modeling of Interior RCS Beam-column Connections Considering 3-D Constraint
摘要
Abstract
Nonlinear three-dimensional finite element analysis of four through-beam-type interior RCS beamcolumn connections is performed by the finite element software ABAQUS and the analytical results are compared with experimental results.A series of numerical simulation technologies is studied,such as selecting element type,defining material model of steel and concrete,setting solution control options and solving module.The investigation shows that ABAQUS may simulate the behavior of RCS beam-column connections under static loading through reasonably selecting parameters,and the analytical results agree well with experimental ones.The research is mainly focused on considering 3-D constraint included slab and orthogonal direction beam that have much effects on the performance of the RCS composite joints.The effects of different parameters,such as axial force ratio,concrete strength,slab width,steel shear web thickness etc.,were analyzed and several modifications are recommended.关键词
