海外投资合作共赢模式的合作博弈分析——以石油投资为例
The Cooperative Game Analysis for Win-Win Cooperation in Overseas Investment---The Case of Oil Investments
摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a win-win game analysis model of overseas investment with win-win cooperation. By using non-cooperation game and cooperative game models,it also analyzes the balancedinterests of all parties involved in cooperative investment having the advantages of resources, technology, capital and geopolitics respectively,and discusses the applications in the case of PetroChina's cooperative investment in Halfaya Oilfield in Iraq. The argumentation begins with the cooperation between China and Iraq,and gradually joins other partners to demonstrate the necessity of multi-party cooperation in sharing risks and benefits. Moreover, the paper presents a simulation method for the probability distribution of Shapley values, obtains a specific probability distribution of the Shapley values of the cooperative investors in the Halfaya case, and also achieves a comprehensive analysis of the expected return, volatility, skewness and kurtosis, in orderto provide evidence of a strategic equilibrium for the investment decision making and the share adjustment. The method in this paper could provide reference for the investment model that supports win-win cooperation in the"the Belt and Road".关键词
