The Development Strategy of PPP Mode in China Based on the Dynamical Mechanism
摘要
Abstract
The development of the PPP mode in China is still in the exploratory stage,which is of great theoretical value and practical significance to studying the development strategy of the PPP mode from the perspective of the dynamical mechanism.This paper establishes a theoretical analysis framework for the development dynamical mechanism of the PPP mode in China,mainly consisting of internal dynamics,external dynamics and their interaction mechanism.The internal dynamics mainly include the benefit driving force and the synergy propelling force.The external dynamics mainly include the system security force,the supervision binding force and the market promotion force.Taking it as the guidance,this paper systematically analyzes the development dynamic disorder of the present PPP mode in China and puts forward the strategy suggestions for accelerating development of the PPP mode in China.关键词
