基于现代文献探讨穴位贴敷治疗小儿慢性咳嗽选穴及用药规律
Analysis of acupoint selection and drug use law of the acupoint paste in the treatment of chronic cough in children based on the modern literature

Abstract
Objective To explore the acupoint sticking therapy in the treatment of pediatric chronic cough and the law characteristic of the nature, taste, and meridian of the traditional Chinese medicine used. The purpose of this study is to provide reference for standardization of acupoint application in children with chronic cough and to provide theoretical basis for acupoint compatibility and acupoint application prescription. Methods By computer retrieval China journal full-text database (CNKI), Wanfang data knowledge service platform (WF) and VIP database self-built since the publication of many domestic scholars research results of acupoint sticking therapy of chronic cough in children's literature, using frequency analysis method in data mining, analysis of acupoint sticking therapy of pediatric chronic cough choose acupuncture point and the regularity of medication. Finally, 31 articles were included in the literature, including 21 acupuncture points and 48 taste drugs. Results and conclusion Through statistical analysis, it was found that in the selection of the acupoints belonging to the meridians, the main points were Feshu, the bladder meridians on the back of the waist, and the acupoints were mainly at the back of the acupoints. On medication, white mustard seeds, asarum, kansui, cotydalis for more, mainly to phlegm cough and asthma medicine, mostly attributed to the lung channel, medicine over warm, medicine flavor mainly to acrid, bitter, sweet taste, the main drug fixed and more ginger as the drug cited.关键词
