从《金匮要略》看心力衰竭与高尿酸血症病机的一致性

摘要
Abstract
Hyperuricemia and chronic heart failure often merge in clinic, western medicine thought that the two kinds of diseases have common pathological basis, and traditional Chinese medicine to understand the pathogenesis of diseases can be traced back to Huangdi Neijing,we can be concluded from the paper of Jingui Yaolue about"li jie"and"xin shui",that both diseases are the root vacuity and tip repletion,this virtual for the qi deficiency of heart, spleen,kidney;The standard is blood stasis,water wet,phlegm turbidity.The clinical features of qi deficiency and phlegm blood stasis is witness type. One kind treatment can cure different diseases by boost qi invigorate blood, resolving phlegm and free the network vessels to achieve the effect of treating the root and tip simultancously.关键词
