基于"肝主疏泄"理论探讨脂肪肝分期治疗
Discussion about treatment for fatty liver disease in different stages based on the theory of liver controlling conveyance and dispersion
摘要
Abstract
The theory of liver controlling conveyance and dispersion plays an important guiding role in the process of TCM understanding of diseases, among which regulating the metabolism of qi, blood and fluid is particularly important.The liver's normal function means normal circulation of qi blood and body fluid,otherwise it brings us qi stagnation, fluid resistance and blood stasis, followed by diseases. Fatty liver is a modern medical name and appears as the metabolic disorder of qi blood and body fluid,meeting the characteristics of not liver freely distributing,qi stagnation, fluid resistance or blood stasis plays an important role in different stages. Therefore, the treatment of fatty liver disease needs correction of liver dysfunction.In order to get the metabolism of qi blood and body fluid recovery, soothing liver regulating qi,eliminating dampness and phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are supposed to be applied for pathogenesis characteristics at different stages of the disease.关键词
