Experience of Professor QIAN Xian in the treatment of gout
摘要
Abstract
Professor QIAN Xian thinks the treatment of gout have certain advantages in traditional Chinese medicine, inside and outside evil lead to gout, the nature of disease is root vacuity and tip repletion, the basic pathogenesis of gout are liver and kidney deficiency, dysfunction of spleen in transportation. pathogenic wind, cold pathogen, wet evil, heat evil, phlegm, blood stasis are important conditions. The cure of gout is based on stage treatment. In the acute period, based on accumulation of damp heat and phlegm beocking, we should clear away heat and remove dampness, reduce phlegm and remove turbidity, activate meridians to stop pain; In the chronic stage, based on spleen asthenia and dampness retention,deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin,we should replenish qi to invigorate the spleen, tonify the liver and kidney, remove dampness and activate meridians.关键词
