基于频数分析关联规则总结刘如秀教授治疗心悸用药规律
Exploration on Professor LIU Ruxiu's medication regularities in curing palpitation based on frequency analysis and association rules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore Professor LIU Ruxiu's medication regularities in curing palpitation. Methods Professor LIU Ruxiu's clinic medical records were used as data resource. Frequency analysis and association rules analysis methods were used to explore the core medicine and prescriptions, the law of clinical drug and close relationship drug combinations. Results Among 304 cases, Professor LIU Ruxiu had the highest frequency of medication in treating palpitation with 276 times of licorice. The drug for restoring vital energy (34.38%) was in the dominant positionin the treatment of palpitation. Fructus Trichosanthis and Allium Macrostemon, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba, Keel and Oyster were important herb pairs in the treatment of palpitation. Conclusion Zhigancao decoction,Shengmai decoction and Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction were the common prescription. And LIU respects the meaning of flowery Knotweed Life-Extending Elixir.关键词
