内服消疹清心汤治疗儿童手足口病伴心肌损害
Effect observation of oral Xiaozhen Qingxin decoction on the children with hand foot and mouth disease complicated by myocardial injury

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of oral Xiaozhen Qingxin decoction on the antipyretic time,herpes extinction time and cardiac enzyme spectrum of the children with hand foot and mouth disease complicated by myocardial injury. Methods 160 children with hand foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group with a total of 80 cases. The control group was treated with Ribavirin Granules, and the observation group was treated with the treatment of Xiaozhen Qingxin decoction,and the course of treatment was 1 week. Results In the observation group, the skin rash subsided time and antipyretic time were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.001). After treatment, the levels of AST, CK, LDH1 and CK-MB of the observation group were significantly decreased (t = 3.741, 25.616, 6.062, 5.472, P<0.001). After treatment, the levels of AST, CK, LDH1 and CK-MB of the control group were significantly decreased (t = 2.061, 18.709, 2.969, 3.022, P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of AST, CK, LDH1 and CK-MB of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P< 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5% higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The main adverse reactions of patients in the observation group were epigastric discomfort, the main adverse reaction of the control group was the decrease of white blood cells. After the course of treatment,the adverse reactions disappeared. Two groups of adverse reactions occurred in the number of cases were 4 cases, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusions The clinical effect of oral Xiaozhen Qingxin decoction is good for the children with hand foot and mouth disease, which can effectively shorten the time of fever, skin rash, and effectively reduce the level of myocardial enzymes.关键词
