补肾健脑针刺疗法联合语言小组训练对脑性瘫痪患儿语言发育迟缓的影响
Effect of tonifying kidney and brain acupuncture therapy and language group training on language development retardation in children with cerebral palsy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of tonifying kidney and brain acupuncture therapy and language group training on language development retardation in children with cerebral palsy. Methods 88 children with cerebral palsy treated in Zhengzhou City Children's Hospital rehabilitation medicine a ward were selected. Divide the patients into two groups according to different treatment methods. The children were all treated with basic rehabilitation therapy after admission. The control group were trained by language group. The observation group were treated with kidney strengthening and brain strengthening acupuncture combined with language group training. The clinical efficacy of two groups after treatment on language retardation was observed and compared. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of S-S language evaluation in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the language development quotient in two groups were improved, but the language development quotient had no significant difference between the two groups at the first month after treatment (P>0.05). At the third month after treatment, the language development quotient score of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the improvement of adaptive behavior, large movement behavior, fine movement behavior and personal social behavior in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion The method of tonifying kidney and strengthening brain acupuncture can compensate for the congenital deficiency of children with cerebral palsy by filling essence and nourishing marrow. At the same time, combined with language group training, it can obviously improve the symptoms of language retardation in children with cerebral palsy and improve the ability of social adaptation of children with cerebral palsy.关键词
