Power Battery SOC Estimation System Based on DSP and EKF Algorithm

Abstract
The accurate battery SOC data is the key to the normal operation of electric vehicles.EKF from software level by re?cursive algorithm can effectively eliminate the SOC estimation error in the process of accumulation.But the actual estimation preci?sion and applicability depends on the reliable hardware system.A battery SOC on-line evaluation system was designed,and the sys?tem was designed to ensure the accuracy of data acquisition with 16-bit ADC.The main control DSP2407 chip reliably and effective?ly implements the algorithm operation and system status display. Experimental results show that the average error of A/D data is small,algorithm computation results are consistent with the theoretical simulation.The hardware system can satisfy the design re?quirements of accuracy,and run smoothly.关键词
