摘要

Abstract

The failure of mechanical equipment affects the normal operation of the production and causes serious casualties and huge economic losses.In this paper, we collected and monitored the vibration signals of machinery and equipment.Then,the vibration information was processed and analyzed.The Kalman filter and FFT operation were used to optimize the operation of the integral to reduce the noise error.Finally, the acceleration signal was converted into a displacement signal.Through the vibration generated during operation of the equipment, the system could grasp the running status of the equipment in real time, and made early warnings to the equipment for early maintenance and repair.The final error rate of the system could be controlled within a reasonable error range according to different vibration frequencies,which met the project's requirement.
