摘要
Abstract
It is known that BRCA gene mutations not only confer genetic predisposition on early-onset breast and ovarian cancer,but also have a tremendous impact on female fertility.BRCA genes mutations cause accumulative DNA damage in oocytes,which lead to diminished ovarian reserve.In addition,BRCA gene mutations carriers are likely to receive prophylactic bilateral ovarian tubal resection and result in permanent loss of fertility.More attention needs to be paid to preserving fertility for women with BRCA mutations,especially with BRCA 1 mutation carriers.关键词
