摘要
Abstract
Leptin is an adipose-derived cytokine that plays an important role in maintaining homeostasis and energy balance.By combining with its specific receptor Lep-R,leptin participates in the endocrine regulation as well as the activation of multiple signaling pathways.Many studies showed that leptin and its receptors had a high expression in various malignant tumors.Hematological malignancies show similar characteristics as solid tumors and may also be influenced by leptins in some ways.The development and progression of leptin and leptin receptors in hematological malignancies is reviewed in this article.关键词
