糖代谢异常和炎症对胃癌的影响
Effects of abnormal glucose metabolism and inflammation on gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Based on previous research,it was found that the energy needed for gastric cancer cell life activity comes mainly from glucose.Glycolysis and glutamine metabolism are the two main ways for the energy metabolism of gastric cancer cells.Abnormal glucose metabolism is a common pathological condition in the occurrence,development and prognosis of gastric cancer,which is intuitively showed as blood glucose level fluctuation.Inflammation is another pathological process that most often coexists with abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with gastric cancer.Inflammation and abnormal glucose metabolism are reciprocal causation and both have an important influence on the incidence and treatment of gastric cancer.According to studies analizing sugar metabolic abnormalities and inflammation,reasonable intervention on abnormal glucose metabolism and inflammation can effectively control the incidence of gastric cancer,so as to improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer.关键词
