生物源性胶原膜的理化性能及体外生物相容性研究
Study on physicochemical property and biocompatibility in vitro of biogenic collagen membrane

Abstract
Objective:To study on physicochemical property and biocompatibility in vitro of porcine epidermis-de-rived collagen membrane(PECM)and porcine dermis-derived collagen membrane(PDCM). Methods:PECM and PDCM were fabricated from porcine epidermis and dermis by chemical immersion and freeze-drying.Morphology and histological structure were observed.PH and water absorption were measured with immersion method.Attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)were performed.Cytotoxicity were determined by CCK-8.Results:The main components of PECM and PDCM are collagen.Water absorption of PECM was 297.5%,and PDCM was 235.0%.pH of immersion were both 6 ~7.The thermal denaturation temperature of PECM was 85.3℃and PDCM was 83℃.At 1,3,5 d,the CCK-8 value differences among PECM,PDCM and negative control group were no statistically significant(P>0.05).At 7 d,the CCK-8 values of PECM,PDCM were higher than those in negative control group(P<0.05).The levels of cytotoxicity ranged from 0 to 2.Conclusion:PECM and PDCM have good physicochemical property,biocompatibility,and potential as guide bone regeneration barrier membrane.关键词
