Abstract
Objective:Using the bioinformatics method based on GEO and TCGA databases to exploit the develop-ment of the molecular markers oftongue squamous cell carcinoma and to analyze the prognosis.Methods:Download TSCC re-lated chip data from the GEO database.GEO2 R was used to screen differentially expressed genes,then GO and KEGG were used to analyze the function and pathway enrichment of differentially expressed genes.At the same time,the interaction net-work is constructed by using STRING and Cytoscape software and Hub geneswere screened.The prognosis of Hub genes were analyzed with clinical information attached to TCGA database. Results:Totally 861 differentially expressed genes were screened outwhich 342 were up regulated and 519 down regulated. GO,KEGG analysis and protein interaction network screening showed VEGFA,ITGA3,COL1 A1 and COL17 A1 as Hub gene. Survival analysis showed that high expression VEGFA and ITGA3 were risk factors for prognosis.Conclusion:VEGFA,ITGA3 can be used as biomarker associate with de-veloping and prognosis of TSCC and were expected to provide the basis for the further study of TSCC.关键词
