Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze maxillary sinus with tooth loss or not by cone-beam computed tomo-graphy(CBCT).Methods:A total of 260 CBCT imagines including 520 maxillary sinuses were included. The residual ridge height(RRH),the distance between the maxillary sinus floor and posterior superior alveolar artery(PSAA),and the classifi-cation of the vessels were observed and analyzed.Results:There were statistically differences of RRH between the edentulous and no tooth loss group(P<0.05). The distance between the artery and the alveolar crest in edentulous and no tooth loss group with statistically differences(P<0.05). The detection rate of PSAA was 84.23% in maxillary first molar area.Con-clusion:CBCT can be used to provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment,and basis for preoperative design and selection of local alveolar bone insufficiency.关键词
