海藻酸钠寡糖采前处理对猕猴桃贮藏品质的影响
Effects of Alginate oligosaccharide Preharvest Treatment on the Storage Quality of KIWIfruit

Abstract
Alginate oligosaccharide (AOS) are marine oligosaccharides generated by the degradation of alginate and are composed of α-L-guluronate and β-D-mannuronate or a mixed sequence of both residues.In this study,the effect of pre-harvest immerse of AOS on the storage quality of KIWI fruits was studied.The young fruits were immersed by 100 mg/L AOS and untreated fruits served as control.The fruits were harvested at mature stage and stored at 4 ± 1 ℃ with 75 % relative humidity storage condition.Fruit physical and chemical properties were evaluated.Results showed that pre-harvest application of AOS was most effective in minimizing weight loss (%),maintaining maximum hardness,soluble solid,titratable acid,soluble sugar,vitamin C content compared to control fruits.Hence it can be concluded that AOS in preharvest treatments has the potential to preserve valuable attributes and keeping freshness of postharvest KIWI fruits.关键词
