摘要

Abstract

Sorghum resistance head smut is one of the most concerned important indexes of sorghum varieties certification.Although head smut resistance varieties can be effectively identified and cultivated by the use of soil inoculation,the head smut resistance gene and molecular mechanism of sorghum is still unclear to date,and also limited the resistance genes application in the breeding and material resistance identification.In this review,we summarized the advance of the genetic location and resistance molecular mechanism of the head smut of sorghum,and briefly presented the whole genome association analysis of sorghum head smut in our laboratory.The of gene cloning of sorghum resistance to head smut will improve reliability and precision of identification of head smut resistance in sorghum lines,and also provide candidate gene to study its molecular mechanism.
