莫能菌素与吐温80对肉羊育肥效果的研究
The Study of the Effect of Monensin and Tween 80 on the Sheep Fattening
摘要
Abstract
The experiment were conducted to study the effect of monensin and Tween 80 on sheep fattening.The NB (n =20) were selected as experiment animals and were divided into three groups,The first group were fed a basal diet,The second group were added 90mg/d monensin on the basis of diet,the third group were added 40 mg/kg · DM Tween 80 on the basis of diet.The experimental period was 90 d.The results showed:the average daily gain of the second group were higher than the first group,were greatly significantly higher than the first group (P ＜ 0.05),especially in the late fattening;the pure meat percentage of the second group were significantly higher than the first group and the third group (P ＜ 0.05),carcass meat production rate of the second group were greatly significantly higher than the third group(P ＜ 0.01);the average daily gain of the third group were higher than the first group (P ＞ 0.05),but the difference is not significant.关键词
