专业学位硕士对高级护理实践模拟训练的体验研究
Learning Experience of Candidates of Master of Nursing Specialist in Simulation Training of Advanced Nursing Practice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the genuine experience of candidates of master of nursing specialist in the simulation training used SimMan Essential wireless patient simulator in the course of Advanced Nursing Practice. Methods We carried out the simulation training before the clinical practice. Twelve students were selected in the research and were interviewed in the following three stages: clinical case editing, team simulation practice, and teacher situation assessment. All the data were analyzed by Colaizzi method. Results Four themes were extracted including the introduction and deduction of clinical thinking, understanding and integration of the simulation environment, learning and thinking about related knowledge, the emergence and experience of negative emotions. Conclusion SimMan Essential wireless patient simulator training is conducive to strengthening students' clinical practice skills and clinical practice admission.The teachers should understand the students'experience and ideas of the course in combination with the physical and mental characteristics and the demands of talent students, and then manage to set up better curriculum and conduct effective teaching reforms.关键词
