基于磁性管理理念与JCI标准对手术室护士分层培训的效果评价
Stratified Training for Operating Room Nurses Based on Magnetic Management and JCI Standard
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of magnetic management combined with JCI standards on the management for operating room nurses(ORNs) and to improve the job satisfaction and professional competence of nurses. Methods In skill training for ORN, magnetic management and JCI standards were introduced, then ORNs were divided into 5 levels and received stratified training. Job satisfaction and professional competence of nurses before and after the training were compared. Results In 2017, nurses' overall satisfaction and satisfaction with each dimension were significantly improved when compared with those in 2016 and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the scores of nursing theory and practice were significantly improved when compared with those in 2016 and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Stratified training based on magnetic management and JCI standards is conducive to stimulating nurses' learning enthusiasm and initiative and improving o ORNs' job satisfaction and professional competence,which is beneficial to the team development of ORNs.关键词
