基于患者结局的胸腹腔镜食管癌根治术护理敏感指标体系的构建
Development of Patient Outcome-based Sensitive Indicator System of Thoracoscopic and Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Esophageal Cancer

Abstract
Objective To develop a nursing sensitive indicator system for patients after thoracoscopic and laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer. Methods With group discussion and Delphi method, the evaluation indexes were identified after literature review and clinical investigation and evaluation index weights were determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results The sensitive indicator system of thoracoscopic and laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer consisted of 3 first-level, 9 second-level and 47 third-level indicators. Conclusion The nursing sensitive index system of thoracic laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer is scientific and reliable,and can be used as the evaluation tool of patients'outcomes and nursing quality.关键词
