农民合作社农户风险共担认知和行为分析
Analysis of farmers' cognition and behaviors of risk sharing in cooperatives

Abstract
Benefit and risk sharing is the foundation of the standardization of farmer cooperatives based on the principle of maintaining the balance among power, responsibility, and profit. However, it is also common that the benefit distribution is inclined to the core members and the main reason is that ordinary members (farmers) of cooperatives cannot share enough risks. In order to promote the standardization of farmer cooperatives and find out why farmers of cooperatives are lacking in risk sharing, this paper seeks to examine whether it is resulted from inadequate cognition or the deficiency of behaviors. Applying the Correlation Analysis and Orderly Logistic Regression Analysis, this paper analyzed the risk sharing mechanism of cooperatives from two dimensions of cognition and behaviors and tried to identify the possible influencing factors. Results show that there is no significant correlation between farmers' cognition and behaviors of risk sharing. Among them, 83.33% of farmers think they should share risks with their cooperatives, but 65.75% of the ordinary members have not taken any behaviors to share the capital risk. Actually, it is the core members who bear the most risks of cooperatives. This paper also found that it is the limited resources that farmers own caused the lack of risk sharing among them, not their cognitive levels of risk sharing. Low income level, smaller shares, and the marginalized identities are the main obstacles of their behaviors of risk sharing. In addition, the lack of cooperative members' accounts will directly make famers refuse to take behaviors of risk sharing. To improving the risk sharing system for cooperatives, this paper suggests that cooperatives should pay attention to new members' capital participation when they decide to accept them, thus to promote the balanced development among members, standardize the financial management of cooperatives, and help to establish a standardized account for every member.关键词
