摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The issue of information sharing is a common problem faced by all countries in the world. After the"9.11" incident,the United States attaches great importance to the exploration of information sharing. Based on the historical evolution,the US information sharing research is conducive to China's public security organs to share information and cooperation with relevant depart-ments to open new ideas.[Method/Process]Through the interpretation of the US information sharing strategy documents and other public information,based on the historical evolution of the United States at different times,the paper makes concept analysis on"criminal intelli-gence sharing","information fusion" and "information transparency",and puts forward the idea about the historical development of in-formation sharing.[Results/Conclusion]With reference to the experience and idea of American intelligence sharing,China's public secur-ity intelligence reform can seek to realize new breakthroughs on sharing public security information in the aspects of creating strategic sha-ring framework,formulating privacy policy and standard of intelligence sharing,rationalizing the relationship between information sharing and strengthening confidentiality of information sharing.关键词
