Study on the Trends and Innovation Path of Intellectual Property Policies in Regional Cultural and Creative Industries
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Discussion on intellectual property policy trends and innovation path of regional cultural and creative industries have positive meaning. It helps better grasp the law of occurrence and development of intellectual property policy in cultural and creative industries,analyze the internal structure and innovative operation mechanism of relevant policies,and improve the scientificity and effectiveness of policy making.[Method/Process]Firstly,using inductive logic,policy content analysis,the policy text analysis of the in-tellectual property policies in the cultural and creative industry in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Zhejiang (2 municipalities directly under the central government,1 province and 1 city) reveals the characteristics and development trends of the regional cultural creative in-dustry of intellectual property policy. Secondly,using the deductive logic,based on the multidimensional perspective theories such as the-ory of cultural creative industry ecosystem,system control theory and so on,combined with the practical cases,the study illustrates the in-novation path of the intellectual property rights policies of the different regional culture creative industry.[Result/Conclusion]The combi-nation of the two types of research -inductive logic and deductive logic respectively -relatively completely describes the regional cultural and creative industries intellectual property policy trends and innovation path:the overall guidance of national policy"top-level design", the active construction of regional cultural and creative intellectual property ecology,the construction and improvement of intellectual prop-erty public service system platform,the three-dimensional protection of regional intellectual property rights and so on.关键词
