日本云安全监管政策及其对我国的启示
A Study on Cloud Security Supervision Policy in Japan and Its Revelation to China
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Although Japan has not yet promulgated the relevant special laws to the Cloud industry for systematic protection,the Japanese government is trying to use cloud data and cloud computing to achieve its i-Japan strategy and improve adminis-trative efficiency. Japan's investment in the construction of Japan's Cloud industry and the security of the Cloud has greatly promoted the growth of Japan's economy, and study on it has something of referential significance for the development of China's Cloud industry. [Method/process]This paper takes Japan's large-scale Cloud Data Center and cloud security supervision policy as the objects of this study and puts emphasis on the analyses of the Industry-Academia-Government collaboration model and E-government Cloud policy such as Kasumigaseki Cloud and Self-Governing Cloud,and then summarizes the basic characteristics of Japan's cloud security and its regulatory protection mechanism.[Result/Conclusion]Based on China's own situation, China can learn from Japan's Industry-Academia-Govern-ment Collaboration model and E-government Cloud policy, and vigorously invest in its own construction of Cloud industry;the relevant laws and policies under the guidance of international standards should be made. The ultimate purpose is to realize mutual sharing of admin-istrative systems in the Cloud and improve the integration of governmental information system,and this helps to enhance the level of cloud security——from Cloud Security to Secure Cloud.关键词
