橡胶树魏克汉种质苗期初生乳管分化能力研究
Primary Laticifer Differentiation in Seedling of Wickham Germplasm of Rubber Tree

Abstract
The primary laticifers in tender stem and leaf of rubber tree have been studied rarely for no relation with the natural rubber production and tapping.Shrubby cultivation may be one of the new production models for mechanized tapping in future,and selection of suitable germplasms containing large amount of latex in primary laticifers is necessary.By using light microscopy and Image J software,the primary laticifer differentiation in seedling among 210 kinds of Wickham germplasms was analyzed.The results showed that,in the bark of stem,the area ratio of primary laticifer ranged from 3.05%-15.31%,in which germplasms with the value of area ratio more than 7.5% occupied 57.1% of the total germplasms.In petiolule,the area ratio of primary laticifer ranged from 0(11%-3.34%,in which more than 1.0% area ratio value about 50.0% of the total germplasms.Thus,the capacity of primary laticifer differentiation was high in Wickham germplasms.There was obvious difference of primary laticifer differentiation among the different germplasms.Usually,the germplasms derived from domestic were superior to the foreign ones,and the lines of Reyan,Baoting,Dafeng,Daling and Reken performed more excellent than the other domestic lines.There was not correspondence of laticifer differentiation between the bark and leaf in the same germplasm.The area ratios of primary laticifer in stem bark and petiolule of Daling 68-30,Guangxi 6-68,Reken 525,Reyan 11-23-65,Dafeng 117 and Reyan25 were more than 10.0% and 2.2% respectively,however that in Reken171 was 15.31% (the highest) and 0.52% (low) respectively.In the present study,the primary laticifer differentiation of 210 kinds of Wickham germplasms was identified and evaluated and some excellent germplasms were selected.The results would provide the basis for the breeding of shrubby cultivation of rubber tree.关键词
