不同柱花草种质的抗旱性分析
Analysis of Drought Resistance in Six Stylosanthes Accessions

Abstract
Plant growth and drought resistance of six Stylosanthes guianensis (stylo) accessions were investigated under 15% PEG-induced drought stress in hydroponics.Results showed that plant biomass,root growth,chlorophyll concentration (SPDA) and the maximum photochemical efficiency (F/Fm) of stylo accessions were differentially inhibited by 15% PEG treatment,whereas malondialdehyde (MDA) content in stylo increased under drought stress.Comprehensive analysis showed that TF227 and TF210 exhibited the superior ability of drought stress resistance,followed by R2 and R5,while TF226 and TF224 were susceptible stylo accessions.Furthermore,the changes in plant fresh weight,shoot fresh weight,MDA content,SPDA and F /Fm were regarded as the reference indices used for the evaluation of drought resistance in stylo.关键词
