外源抗氧化剂处理对降解番茄体内残留百菌清的影响
Effects of External Antioxidant Treatment on Degradation of Residual Chlorothalonil in Tomato

Abstract
In this study,tomato was used as the experimental material,and H2O2 (1.5 mmol/L),proline (2.5 mmol/L),CaCl2 (3 mmol/L) and GSSG (2 mmol/L) were applied as the pretreatments,compared with the contol-water pretreatment.The effects of different pretreatments on catalase (CAT),peroxidase (POD),glutathione reductase (GR) enzyme activities and GSH/GSSG ratio of tomato treated with chlorothalonil were studied to explore the effective exogenous pretreatments and the regulation mechanism for promoting the degradation of chlorothalonil residues in tomato.The results showed that the pretreatment with exogenous proline,H2O2 and CaCl2 could reduce the contents of chlorothalonil and O2-in tomato,and increase the activities of antioxidant enzymes CAT,POD,GR and tomato GSH/GSSG level.While GSSG pretreatment enhanced the activities of CAT and GR enzymes,but had no significant effect on the residues of chlorothalonil,O2-content and GSH/GSSG ratio.The results indicated that exogenous proline,H2O2 and CaCl2 pretreatments could promote the degradation of chlorothalonil residue in tomato by inducing the increase of antioxidant enzyme activities and maintaining the balance of GSH/GSSG to reduce Chlorothalonil residue in tomato.关键词
