Abstract
How to scientifically apply N fertilizer is a key problem when straw returning.Based on C/N ratio,a laboratory experiment was conducted to study the effects of different C/N ratios mediated by sugarcane leaves returning plus nitrogen fertilizer on soil total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,microbial biomass nitrogen,water-soluble organic carbon content and urease activity.Six treatments were set:CK (sugarcane leaves removal without fertilizer),T1(C/N ratio 15∶1),T2(20∶ 1),T3(25∶ 1),T4(30∶ 1) and T5(35∶ 1).The results showed that sugarcane leaves returning amended with N fertilizer significantly increased soil nitrogen content.At the beginning of the test,there was an increasing trend of soil total nitrogen content with N fertilizer application proportion.With the extension of time,an adjusted C/N ratio of 25∶1-35∶1 increased soil total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen content.Sugarcane leaves returning amended with N fertilizer also increased soil microbial nitrogen content and urease activity.We concluded that applying N fertilizer plus sugarcane leaves returning and adjusting C/N ratio to 25∶1 was more suitable for increasing soil nitrogen content.关键词
