摘要

Abstract

Two edible mushrooms of cap fungus (Pleurotus ostreatus) and yellow elm fungi (Pleurotus citrinopileatus) were cultivated based the main medium of crushed cassava stem and wood sawdust.The different mediums were subjected to observe on bacteria days of fungi,mycelium growth rate and yield,in order to determine the optimal cultivation matrix formula.The results show that adding 30% cassava rod and 60% sawdust cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus citrinopileatus formula,spawn running days were 25 days and 27 days,the mycelial growth rate were 0.49 mm/d and 0.48 mm/d,the total yield were 1.77,1.51 kg/pockets,respectively.In order to choice a optimal medium for cultivate mushrooms,we have analyzed the effects of two kinds of edible fungi based different substrates by the principal component analysis method.They showed there were two components can be divided into,which the cumulative contribution is 90.3% and 88.0% respectively.For this results,the evaluation model was established on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the formula 3 was the best formula for the cap fungus,and formula 1 was suitable for the Pleurotus citrinopileatus,which were based it's highest value.
