30份火龙果种质资源收集保存与初步鉴定评价
Collection and Evaluation of 30 Accessions of Pitaya Germplasm Resources
摘要
Abstract
In the study 30 Accessions of dragon fruit germplasm resources were described and evaluated in terms of its partial agronomic traits and quality traits on the preliminary assessment.Results show that:(1) there are 6 natural flowering precocious germplasm,the proportion is 20％;(2) there are 14 pitaya germplasm resources which Fruit-set rate is over 90％,and the proportion reaches to 46.7％.(3) there are 7 pitaya germplasm resources that the mean fruit weight more than 350 g,and the proportion is 23.3％;(4) There are 14 pitaya germplasm resources,about 46.7％,that edible rate is over 70％.(5) there are 9 pitaya germplasm resources,about 30.0％ of theirs mature fruit which have soluble solid content more than 18％ at the center of flesh,and the highest content is up to 20.3％.There are 46.7％ of pitaya germplasm resources that the average of fruit soluble solid content is more than 15％.According the result above,3 excellent germplasm have been selected from the 30 Accessions of dragon fruit germplasm resources.关键词
