摘要

Abstract

CdLa2(WO4)4polycrystalline powders were successfully synthesized using high temperature solid-state reaction.Hereafter, the crystal was grown by the vertical Bridgman technique.The CdLa2 (WO4)4crystal belongs to tetragonal system scheelite structure and the lattice parameters has been determined as:a=b=5.209 ?, c=11.325 ?, the volume of the unit cell is 307.26(?)3and the density is 7.494 g/cm3, respectively.Additionally, the crystal were measured by photoluminescence spectra, X-ray stimulated emission spectra, photoluminescence decay time curve et al at room temperature.The results indicate that with 296 nm ultraviolet light to stimulate the sample, there is a wide blue-green emission peak within the range of 350-600 nm, which position is located at 470 nm. What's more, the photoluminescence decay time of CdLa 2(WO4)4crystal is 3.4 ns and it also show superb luminescence performance under the excitation of X-ray.
