Sb掺杂K0.5Na0.5NbO3无铅压电陶瓷相结构和电学性能的研究
Phase Structural and Electrical Properties of Sb-Doped K0.5Na0.5NbO3Lead-free Piezoceramics

Abstract
Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics(K0.5Na0.5)Nb1-xSbxO3(KNNS, x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03 and 0.04)were synthesized by conventional solid state sintering method at 1080 ℃.The effect of Sb doping on the phase structure,microscopic morphology and electrical properties of KNN ceramics samples was investigated.The results show that Sb can replace the Nb in B site of the perovskite structure,and the maximum amount of Sb in the KNN structure was 0.03-0.04.The analysis of XRD patterns shows that the ceramic have a single orthorhombic phase structure when x=0,a co-existed phases orthorhombic and tetragonal phases structure at 0.02≤x≤0.03, and transformed into the rhombohedral phase at x=0.04.The doping of Sb has the function of refining grain.With increaseing the Sb content,the average grain size decreases,the grain size becomes uniform and the dielectric performance were enhanced.关键词
