摘要

Abstract

Diatomite/nano zinc oxide was made by sol-gel method combined with negative pressure and load,using zinc nitrate as precursor,ethanol as solvent and polyethylene glycol as dispersant,diatomite as carrier.The composite material of diatomite/nano zinc oxide/graphene oxide composite material was synthesized by the combination of Hummers and the prepared graphene oxide.The samples were characterized and analyzed by SEM, XRD, BET and IR, the structure, morphology and pore size distribution of diatomite/nano zinc oxide/Graphene Oxide composite photocatalytic materials were investigated,influence of introduction of graphene oxide on Photocatalytic Properties.The results show that the loading of diatomite on nano zinc oxide was better than that of ordinary loading by adopting negative pressure loading method.The mass fraction of graphene oxide was 5%.The photocatalytic activity of diatomite/nano Zinc oxide/Graphene Oxide composite photocatalytic material reached the maximum value of 88.7%for 2 h,63%higher than that of pure nano zinc oxide at the same time,81. 9%higher than that of oxidized graphene and 83.3%higher than that of diatomite.
