Economic Rationality,Extrinsic Incentive and the Variation of Contribution Grade of the New Rural Pension System
摘要
Abstract
The implement of the new rural pension system is getting into a dilemma, that the majority of peasants had chosen the lowest contribution grade.According to the survey the earlier pilot of new rural pension system,some peasants have enhanced the contribution grade when the new rural pension system carried out.According to the analysis of the ordered probit model, the study found that the household income, pension expect, the evaluation of the insurance level and cost performance,the"differentiation"financial subsidy are the significant influences.So the peasants' enhance of the contribution grade is the economic rational behavior based on the extrinsic incentive. The implement of the new rural pension system should focus on the propaganda and mobilization,the management and operation,the perfect of the new rural pension system.关键词
