非胸腔闭式引流技术在胸腔镜手术治疗原发性自发性气胸中的临床应用
Clinical Application of Non Thoracic Closed Drainage in the Treatment of Primary Spontaneous Pneumothorax by Video-assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non thoracic closed drainage in the treatment of primary spontaneous pneumothorax by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS).Methods The clinical data of 36 cases of primary spontaneous pneumothorax treated by VATS with deep venous catheter or negative pressure suction ball were analyzed retrospectively from June 2015 to October 2016.Results The operation was successful in all patients.The average operation time was 51 mins,the average intraoperative blood loss was 36mL,the average postoperative hospital stay was 5.5ds,the average postoperative analgesia was 0.5 times,the average postoperative indwelling chest drainage tube time was 2.9ds,and the incidence of thoracic residual pneumothorax in the early postoperative period was 8％,no drainage tube falling off,all incisions healed by grade A and were cured and discharged.Conclusion Thoracoscopic surgery for the treatment of primary spontaneous pneumothorax with non thoracic closed drainage technique is safe and reliable,with mild pain,quick recovery,and good clinical effect.关键词
