DWI在宫颈癌诊断及治疗疗效评估中的应用价值分析
Analysis of the Value of DWI in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical Cancer

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of diffusion-weighted MR imaging(DWI) in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.Methods 60 cases of cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the case group,and 30 women with normal cervical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.DWI was used to detect the two groups of women and compare the ADC value,and according to the pathological examination results,stratified analysis of ADC value in patients with different cervical cancer characteristics were carried out,and the ADC values of patients with different clinical effects before and after treatment were compared.Results The ADC value of cervical tissue in the case group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05);There was no significant difference in ADC value between cervical squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma(P ＞ 0.05);There was no significant difference in the ADC value between patients withstage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ cervical cancer and patients with stage Ⅲ and stage ⅣV cervical cancer in FIGO staging(P ＞0.05);There were significant differences in ADC value between the groups with different differentiation degree(P ＜ 0.05),with the decrease of differentiation,the ADC value was getting smaller and smaller;After treatment,14 cases of CR patients,28 cases of PR,15 cases of SD,and 3 cases of PD were obtained;After treatment,the ADC value of patients with CR + PR was significantly higher than that of patients with SD + PD,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05).Conclusion The application of DWI technique in the diagnosis and treatment evaluation of cervical cancer has important clinical practical value.关键词
