Abstract
Objective To summarize the nursing methods and strategy in patients of Budd-Chiari syndrome with balloon dilatation stent implantation.Methods 20 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome were treated with balloon dilatation stent implantation.We operated preoperative psychological nursing and diet nursing positively and observed the organ function and postoperative vital signs closely to prevent the occurrence of complications.Results Only 3 cases of patients suffered from bleeding,thrombosis or fever.There was no serious intraoperative or postoperative complication of the remaining 17 cases.Conclusion Strengthening perioperative nursing will help to improve the success of balloon dilatation stenting in patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome.关键词
