Discussion on Syndrome and Treatment Regularity of Hypertension based on Integrated Chinese and Western Diagnostic Model of "Systemic Sphygmology based on Syndrome Differentiation"

Abstract
Pulse-taking is one of the diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Hypertension is a commonly encountered disease all over the world and it is also a dangerous basis for the formation of angiopathy of heart,brain and kidney. The common generation mechanism of pulse manifestation and hyper-tension lies in vessels and heart. According to the it ,we can sum up and sort out the characteristics of dis-ease pulse manifestation and syndrome pulse manifestation of hypertension by use of integrated Chinese and western diagnostic model of "systemic sphygmology based on syndrome differentiation". we can also build a syndrome differentiation and treatment system of integrity and standardization for hypertension which includ-ing the corresponding pulse-symptom,pulse-syndrome,pulse-disease and pulse-treatment,so as to realize the technical adjustment of TCM clinical thinking mode. It has an important impact on early warning ,early diag-nosis and early treatment for hypertension.关键词
